At Rashika Creation, we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe and timely manner across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed, shipped, and tracked.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship PAN India through our trusted logistics partner IThink Logistics, which works with top courier companies including Delhivery, XpressBees, and more.

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours (Monday–Saturday) from the time of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹1100

  • For orders below ₹1100, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 is charged.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional ₹50 COD fee.

Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are clearly shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with the tracking link.

 Delays or Non-Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, courier strikes, or events beyond our control. If your parcel is undelivered beyond 10 days, please contact us with your order ID.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In case your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please record a video while unboxing and contact our support team within 24 hours at:

Non-Serviceable Areas

Although we try to cover every pincode, some remote areas may not be serviceable. If your order cannot be delivered, our team will contact you for alternate options or refunds.
