We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we're here to help!

 Return Eligibility

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unworn and unused

    • With all original tags, labels, and pins attached

    • In its original packaging

    • Not washed or damaged

  • If the seal or tag is removed or product is worn, returns will not be accepted.

  • A clear photo of the product with label intact must be sent to our support team before approval.

  • Once approved, our delivery partner will collect the item from your doorstep.

Return Pickup & Charges

  • We offer return pickup service via our courier partner.

  • A flat ₹150 return charge will be deducted from your refund or paid during pickup.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for:

    • Size issues

    • Wrong product sent

  • After receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange or resend the correct item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • You will be notified via email/SMS once your refund is approved.

  • Refunds will be made via:

    • UPI/card (for prepaid orders)

    • Bank transfer (for COD orders – please share your bank details)

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Worn, washed, or used items

  • Products without labels or original packaging

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Gift cards
